I like to make lists. All sorts of lists.

I like to make to-do lists (or else I forget my homework).
I like to make lists of the people that inspire me-
     Eric, Sam, Anna, Criox...
I like to make lists of the classes I want to take before I graduate (this list is constantly changing. Sometimes I wish I could be a Super Senior and stay and extra year!)
Honors Spanish, Art III, Ceramics II, Physics, Calc, Life Sports, Equus...
I also like to make lists of songs I need to get
Chicken Fried, I Like Girls That Drink Beer, She Will Be Loved, She Will, The World You Love...
I just like lists. A lot. They're helpful.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I stumbled upon these random gems yesterday on Stumbleupon.. (Yeah.. I was supposed to be doing homework... but you know how that is)

I tried this one this morning! Success!

This somes up my life lately. Watching sports (mainly football) with the friends. And do you see the designer bags under my eyes? Those babies come from staying up late and doing homework.

Doing this everyday.

This.. uh.. idk.

Wouldn't you want to eat off this beauty of a plate????

CUTEST THING EVER.

SECOND CUTEST THING EVER.

As you can see, my days have been pretty effervescent lately. Hope yours are as well! If they are, make a list of your favorite things that have happened these past few days and share!
Love,
Abbey :)

my favorite songs right now

My all time favorite right there ^

and another song that's been on repeat all summer but I couldn't get to work on grooveshark pooo

You know what I want a ton ton lately?? Or all summer?? THE BREAKING DAWN PART 1 SOUNDTRACK
Every single song on there is absolutely astounding.
My personal favorites... with lyrics so you can sing along :)

Do you guys know how to embed videos from grooveshark onto a post?
I thought I knew how but it's not working. Am I missing a step??

Today during History class I came across this awesome quote.
"I don't think the Republican party is a party full of the almighty God nor is the Democratic party. They both have weaknesses... And I'm not inextricably bound to either party." Martin Luther King Jr. 1958.
I do not consider myself Democratic or Republican. I think both parties have great beliefs.. and not so great beliefs.

Homecoming!!!

Random picture... I really like this vesty thingy cardigany thingy. What is it?
So the other day I was roaming youtube and came across the glorious Adele.
My new favorite song is "I Can't Make You Love Me" by Adele :)
I noticed that she has an accent.... GAH. I DIED. (yeah it took me this long to realize the accent)
I loveeeeeee accentssssss
So, naturally, I sent a text to my best friend and Daniel. Then Katie, my best friend, replies and says that she knew already and she doesn't even like her that much. SHE DOESN'T LIKE ADELE THAT MUCH.
I DIED AGAIN.
I was in actual physical pain.
How dare she!
I love Adele!

Isn't baby William cute?
He just turned one whompin' year old :)

My favorite week of the year is.. *drum roll please*
HOMECOMING WEEK.
No, it's not Christmas or Spring Break haha. It's def Homecoming, by far.
I love all the spirit and how everyone gets together. There is a constant atmosphere filled with laughter and happiness. The dressing up is hilarious. I mean, look at it!

The bonfire:) I'm a junior and high school and still have not attended the ritual.
Always too busy. This year I had to work. Ha.

 Sweeeet picture

Our theme this year was "Blast from the Past." (Way better than last year's Harry Potter theme!)
Juniors were the sixties. I was in the float, window and banner committee and dangg did the banner turn out nice. We got first place!

So glad these guys won. They deserve it!!

I didn't go to the dance either, but it looks like my friends had fun!!

Let me just say that this will be the second night in a row that I will have he privelage of going to bed before nine thirty. I don't want to get too happy, because it's never going to happen again. Too much to do after school and too much homework. Ehhh.

Have an effervescent night!

Poems and Tracker Jackers

I apologize when I say that I honestly completely forgot about Poem Tootin' Tuesdays. I know. I know. I should be excommunicated or something. A poem:

Annabel Lee

It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of ANNABEL LEE;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
Coveted her and me.
And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
My beautiful Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsman came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.
The angels, not half so happy in heaven,
Went envying her and me-
Yes!- that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee.
But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we-
Of many far wiser than we-
And neither the angels in heaven above,
Nor the demons down under the sea,
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee.
For the moon never beams without bringing me dreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And the stars never rise but I feel the bright eyes
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling- my darling- my life and my bride,
In the sepulchre there by the sea,
In her tomb by the sounding sea.
Edgar Allan Poe

About the tracker jackers.. the other day at tennis practice I saw the biggest bee ever. I screamed and ran away like a girl! (And girrrl I do not run away from stuff like that but at least I wasn't the only one) This thing was huge. At least the size of my thumb. Let me tell the rest of the story. We're volleying, right? So this bee (I bet he's like 'The Rock' in his bee hive. We're talking big bee or more like a tracker jacker) lands on me and I shriek and run away! It flies towards Daniel and he hits it over the net next to where I'm standing. Hannah, next to me, beats this bee with her raquet. She showed him what's up! Don't be messin with us tennis players! Anywho then Daniel says that he thought it was the ball! He thought it was the ball. It was that big. Should've been born a tracker jacker. R.I.P wanna-be tracker jacker.
I'll update ya'll later on my life. Stay cool bros and for now... a picture of what my face prob looked like running away from the bee.

P.S. Did you guys get a chance to watch the Pretty Little Liars Summer Finale? What the... we'll discuss it next post.

I wish I had a summer like Phineas and Ferb.

Yep.
It's that time again.
NCIS TIME!
It's the last day of summer. So imma rest hard and then go to night practice ha.
(and go on pinterest :) )
Homecoming harido?

Stylish school lunch! Here I come!!

Skye and I haha

My mother made us breakfast since it's the last day of summer :)
love you mommy

hehe

So I have these jeans and also some capris that are extremelyyyy ripppeeedd.. to the point where I don't want to wear them anymore because it's pretty much inappropriate. But I can't get rid of them! These capris and jeans are the comfiest pair I own. No lie. So i'm gonna put lace in the jeans and sparkly material in the capris!! Wish me luck. Cuz I can't sew to save my life.

HHAHA

I think I want to make a mural like this. but smaller scale..

My thoughts put into words!
I read Mockingjay in one sitting. And man, oh man. I cried like a baby. I cried more in Mockingjay than I did everytime I read the chapter when Edward left Bella. And that's saying something.

I have mixed feelings on the school subject

I return to school on August 21st. Sure, I'm ready to see my friends everyday again, but not the sitting-in-the-desk-for-hours deal. I haven't fully enjoyed summer yet! I have gone shopping though :)
You guys know how busy I am.. so you know that I can't make one trip to the mall and have all my school supplies. No, no, no. So what I did this summer was go shopping a few times and get a few things each time which serve as new school clothes. I thought it was a fabulous plan! So here's all the good deals I found...

I know what you're thinking.. "That's a good deal to you?"
Well, yes it is in fact, because Rue 21 was having a sale, you see.
A sale in which you could buy a pair of capris and get the other for $5.00.
I couldn't pass that up. I. Love. Capris.

Now I just need to learn to walk in them...

YEEE!!

Now this is not all that I bought this summer, but close enough. If I get a chance I will continue the photo shoot and upload the rest. It was fun! But I have playoffs for Varsity tennis Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and next Monday. School Tuesday. GRRRRRR.

Story for the night: Skye and I made these bleach shorts..remember? Well we tried them on today and hers were too tight. So as she left the room she says..
"Abbey, if you see me unconscious just unbutton my pants."
LOL.
