Some of my favorite videos on Youtube

Alright. I'm in the Broadcast Journalism class in school (Check it out here. Sorry if it's not updated) So it would be accurate to say that I love movies. And lately I've doin a lot of roaming on Youtube.
Note: these videos are my favorite for entertainment purposes not for their video quality.. 

I was up the other night and came across this funny lad. I shall marry him someday.

He can sing, dance and make hysterical videos. All a girl needs in a man.

After watching this video I said to myself, "I'm seventeen years old. This is what I need to look forward to? Pshhh."

I personally love Jenna Marbles. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my favorite days of the week. Tuesdays because it's piano practice and Pretty Little Liars :) Wednesdays because a new video comes out! I just need a good laugh by then and she never lets me down. Quick Fact: I've honestly watched almost all 100+ of her videos.. So now I've started to speak like her and I don't even realize it.. hmmmm

Look What I Found..

So I used to have another blog. Although, I decided to start over completely. I wanted something new and give off a new message. So I decided to delete the other blog... but I couldn't bear delete all my posts without saving them somewhere.. some are just so personal. Others are so silly and immature..
I really have been enlightened again by how blessed I am through reading these old entries.

He's Just Not That Into You`

O.k. If u are wonderin if u should watch "He's Just Not That Into You" go!!! What are you still doing here? GO!! O.K. so it wasnt that good, but it was worth it. I must admit, it wasn't what i expected though. So, if you like chick flicks then see it.

Here's something I learned from that movie: Never say you're in love until after you've gone through the "emotional roller coaster." For some people say that they're in love, but it's actually lust. And, always know that lust is not love. After lust, there's never any love left. So, are you in love, or in lust.

Light

So I was vacuuming right, and then the vacuum started making weird sounds. So, I stopped the vacuum and turned it over to see if I caught anything. I didn't see anything and my dad's friend came over to help me out. He didn't see anything and then my mom came over. So, we thought that maybe it just wasn't working anymore so my mom went to get another vacuum. Then, the man dragged the vacuum towards the light. He pulled something out, it was clogged. Then he looked at me, smiled and said, "Sometimes we just need light in our lives." I was thinking about that the whole day and he's right, we all need light in our lives. 

Best Odd Compliments

Being best friends with Skye has changed me.. I now really enjoy awkward moments.. like she does hahah. I also really love Daily Odd Compliments. We have this tradition of texting each other odd compliments when we're bored, or just cuz. She always wins with the funnier ones.

So next time you greet someone with a compliment on their amazing cooking skills, or their gorgeous sequined shirt.. be a little creative and use one of these compliments instead! Here are my very faveeee

My 2012 Highlights in Photos

Did 2012 treat ya well? I had quite the amazing year..

In January I received the fantastic news of my winning the national essay contest I entered. I got first place and won an ipad!

One of the best days of my life- March 23rd. 

My sister, dad and I went to the midnight premiere of the Hunger Games. Amazing.

I went to school (more like slept through) and then to the Blake Shelton concert! 

I spent Easter with the my family..  one of the best days :)

Along with all the other family reunions.

The last few months of school is tennis, tennis, tennis.

Some of the most inspiring people of my life graduated in May.

I have to admit I cried during the graduation...

Over the summer I had the best pie ever- Raspberry Custard.

Not only was it the best pie.. it was, and still is, the best dessert I've ever had.

Yes, that day was a highlight haha.

One of the best days of summer vacation- 4th of July

I worked most of the day but I loved meeting the tourists from all over the world.

Pretty Little Liars. Nuff said.

You all know my best friend Skye (she's the one going to Belgium next year).

When I think back at my summer.. I remember working, country music, and adventuring with this girl.

Free Time

I haven't had this much free time in so long. It's weird not having a huge project due, or a few essays to write or a book to finish before school on Monday. I have no real obligations this Christmas break and it's soo nice. I. Feel. Free. Like this---

Now I just need Leonardo DiCaprio ;)

 I plan to finally get all my Pinterest DIY craft dreams started and completed with my sisters.

Yes, I will build my very own Narnia in my home over break.

I also need to finish my drawing.

5. Throw a dart on a map and travel to wherever it lands
6. Meet and tell Jenna Marbles that she makes my Wednesdays!
7. Sneak into Area 51
8. Meet someone in an elevator
9. Learn to sing as well as Adele and then how to beat box
10. Go to the park and try to swing a full 360 degrees
11. Pray like there's no tomorrow *yeah, that was a pun*
12. Be an extra for a huge film
13. Learn to play the violin
13. Get my pilots license
14. Have a concert on a roof top, main street
15. Walk around with vanilla pudding in a mayo jar
16. Walk around in a public area and randomly trip in front of people (youtube it. hilarious)
17. Go to a big mall and pretend to be a celebrity
18. Be part of a flash mob
19. Throw a pie in someone's face. Whipped cream and all.
20. Carve something into a tree
21. Change someone's life

List of 21 things cause we die on the 21st... didya catch that? Good.
On a serious note, I have to survive this. Pretty Little Liars comes back in January and I am not missing that.

Dear Santa...

The other day my mom asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I drew in a long breath and prepared myself to give her a long response.. but I had nothing to say! I couldn't think of what I wanted for Christmas!! Never in my life have I hesitated when someone asked me what I wanted. Even over text it took me a while to reply to my friends with an answer. I don't look at this as something bad though. To me, this just means that I'm content with my life and everything I have :)
Still, I compiled a little list of things I wouldn't mind receiving this year haha.. and I've been a pretty good kid this year :)
