#Flashback
I know it's late, but hey! Better late than never.
Last month, I traveled to Boston, Massachussetts for 2013 National Journalism Education Association. My friend, it was a such an incredible trip!
We went to so many graveyards! I sat by Paul Revere, John Hancock and Benjamin Franklin's grave! It's crazy to think how old these graves are... it's even crazier to think of how many people before me have thought the same thing!
I didn't realize we were standing where the Boston Massacre took place so many years ago. Boston was full of so much history!
One of the many highlights of my trip was hanging out with my best friend, Michelle. She moved to Boston a few months ago. It was nice to tour some museums and just laugh with her again.

Day 2
Tawni and I had the great privilege, to sit at the studio Suffolk University during a live shoot! Might I add that we were part of the 8 kids out of the 6 thousand kids of the convention who got to go?! It was incredible. I got to realize just how tough it will be to get into the journalism career. But my passion and excitement for the career was also totally intensified.
The day just kept getting better and better! After the Suffolk University tour, we went to Fenway Park! I now know why it's known as not only the oldest stadium still in use, but America's most beloved park.
We got to sit in the press box!!
And the CEO of the Boston Red Sox gave us an incredible pep talk. So inspiring.
Then we sat in the legendary Green Monster Seats!
This guy was absolutely hilarious. Out of all thirty-something kids, he chose me to embarrass. Imagine an old guy whom you've never met, stare into your eyes, through your soul, and then slowly walk towards you singing High School Musical songs. Awkward...
The best part of the trip was definitely the John F. Kennedy Museum, though.
I am now in love with that man.
Man, what I would give to just live a few days back when JFK was President..
After the journalism dance (which, might I add, was extremely disgusting. Everyone was covered in sweat... and it wasn't even their own sweat.), we went to a lovely little cheesecake factory.
Best story in the world- Newberry Comics on Newberry Street.
Oh, it was also Tawni birthday!
I stared at all the different jellyfish for a solid hour.

I love the pictures!!! It is sop amazing that you got to go to Boston! When I get back we will have to make a little trip there! I miss you so much! Keep making me proud!!!
