Poems and Tracker Jackers

I apologize when I say that I honestly completely forgot about Poem Tootin' Tuesdays. I know. I know. I should be excommunicated or something. A poem:

Annabel Lee

It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of ANNABEL LEE;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
Coveted her and me.
And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling

About the tracker jackers.. the other day at tennis practice I saw the biggest bee ever. I screamed and ran away like a girl! (And girrrl I do not run away from stuff like that but at least I wasn't the only one) This thing was huge. At least the size of my thumb. Let me tell the rest of the story. We're volleying, right? So this bee (I bet he's like 'The Rock' in his bee hive. We're talking big bee or more like a tracker jacker) lands on me and I shriek and run away! It flies towards Daniel and he hits it over the net next to where I'm standing. Hannah, next to me, beats this bee with her raquet. She showed him what's up! Don't be messin with us tennis players! Anywho then Daniel says that he thought it was the ball! He thought it was the ball. It was that big. Should've been born a tracker jacker. R.I.P wanna-be tracker jacker.
I'll update ya'll later on my life. Stay cool bros and for now... a picture of what my face prob looked like running away from the bee.

So I have these jeans and also some capris that are extremelyyyy ripppeeedd.. to the point where I don't want to wear them anymore because it's pretty much inappropriate. But I can't get rid of them! These capris and jeans are the comfiest pair I own. No lie. So i'm gonna put lace in the jeans and sparkly material in the capris!! Wish me luck. Cuz I can't sew to save my life.

My thoughts put into words!

I read Mockingjay in one sitting. And man, oh man. I cried like a baby. I cried more in Mockingjay than I did everytime I read the chapter when Edward left Bella. And that's saying something.

I have mixed feelings on the school subject

I return to school on August 21st. Sure, I'm ready to see my friends everyday again, but not the sitting-in-the-desk-for-hours deal. I haven't fully enjoyed summer yet! I have gone shopping though :)
You guys know how busy I am.. so you know that I can't make one trip to the mall and have all my school supplies. No, no, no. So what I did this summer was go shopping a few times and get a few things each time which serve as new school clothes. I thought it was a fabulous plan! So here's all the good deals I found...

 I know what you're thinking.. "That's a good deal to you?"

Well, yes it is in fact, because Rue 21 was having a sale, you see.

A sale in which you could buy a pair of capris and get the other for $5.00.

I couldn't pass that up. I. Love. Capris.

Now I just need to learn to walk in them...

Now this is not all that I bought this summer, but close enough. If I get a chance I will continue the photo shoot and upload the rest. It was fun! But I have playoffs for Varsity tennis Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and next Monday. School Tuesday. GRRRRRR.

Story for the night: Skye and I made these bleach shorts..remember? Well we tried them on today and hers were too tight. So as she left the room she says..
"Abbey, if you see me unconscious just unbutton my pants."
LOL.

A Continuation of Pinterest photos..

Wait. Hold up. It's August 2nd? Where did July go? Oh my unbelievable. Where has summer vacation gone?? Isn't it supposed to be all about swimming and tanning? Relaxing and seeing friends? Gooodnesss.I haven't gone swimming even once! While we're on the swimming subject..

I'm extremely self-concsious. That's part of the reason why I kinda hate swimming. When all my friends invite me to go cliff jumping.. or to a swimming party.. or just to hang out at the lake I say, "Thanks for inviting me but I have to work." I've said that line about a million times haha! Even I didn't have to work I would prob just watch everyone swim.. maybe.. I'm still in need of a swimsuit though. Because during tennis season we always go hot tubbing. I don't want a skimpy little bikini. Something different and good material so I don't have to do this again for a while haha. Any suggestions? Maybe a tankini?

 Country is my genre. Back in the middle school days I only listened to rap and reggaeton and this year I started to give hard rock/screamo a chance.. most of it gives me a headache. I did fall in love with Hollywood Undead and Indies on the journey though. Plus I realized that country is my music for sure.

Oh my Olympics!!

I haven't even watched the Olympics because I live at work! Really. The only time I'm home with my family is when it's time to go to bed. In the morning I usually go work out, eat breakfast and play tennis. Then I go to work, come home and sleep. And repeat all over the next day. But yesterday was a little different :)

Speaking of work.. What are your pet peeves at work? There's this guy at work.. Jess.. who does everything in his power to get me mad (of course he's just kidding but grrrr). He tried to help us out by getting more bubble wrap, but he got too much and stuffed some in the very back so when we ran out we could just get some more from the very back of the shelf.. Oh no brotha. Not with me. That my friends is my pet peeve. Do not stuff bubble wrap in the back. Because then the bubble wrap in the front is not in order. There are pieces that are sticking out more than others and it is just not ok. Feuww. Ok done with that. I def flipped out a bit.

Let's talk smoothies now. What's the best smoothie that you've ever had? Ever.

Mine is from a small cafe (which is only two stores down from my job thank God). The Old Faithful Smoothie.

It consists of strawberries, banana and whipped cream :) 

I have such great friends. On Tuesday, Jenny bought me a smoothie and yesterday Skye brought me frozen yogurt! Love those two girlies.

Do you guys have a silly little routine that you have to do everyday? For some of you it may be having coffee in the morning (not me no, no, I do not like coffee.) Well my sister spends a few minutes, everyday, on Pinterest. On my iPad. Which means I come home to a bunch of photos saved on  my camera roll each day. It makes my day to look through the randomness. Here are a few.
